The customer reported that the Service room wasn't cooling. We responded by removing the old Liebert unit from the ceiling and installing a new Liebert Minimate. We connected the existing drain line, as well as the high and low voltage to the new unit. Additionally, We replaced the old wall mount controller with a new one. Customer is now happy with a properly cooled service room.
