We recently had Big D Mechanical out for two separate HVAC services and were extremely pleased with the results. The first job involved customized ductwork and problem solving, which they completed efficiently and even faster than expected. The second service was even more impressive with the replacement of a difficult-to-source compressor. They were able to locate the part quickly and had it installed the very next day, which was a huge relief. Throughout both projects, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Jared with Big D Mechanical is extremely knowledgeable and a master at what he does. He came and took care of an issue 2 companies before were unable to fix. Jared dropped what he was doing on a Friday night and got my Ice Cream shop’s freezer back running before any product was lost. He was friendly, fair, and it was a pleasure working with him. I can’t recommend him enough.
