Our upstairs has always felt humid and sticky. Jared knew exactly what the problem was. The AC unit our builder installed was too large for our space, and it was making the humidity level too high. Jared and his team did a great job installing a new unit. They were quick and professional and took care to put down tarps, protecting my carpet. It feels great upstairs now, and my daughter reported that her sleep is so much better. Plus, we ended up with a cute, energy-efficient AC unit.

I can’t say enough how good Big D Mechanical is! We had another company come out that said we need a new A/C after installing a control board. We wanted to get a second opinion and chose Big D Mechanical. Josh, came out on time, He was very honest and good at communicating the details. Our coils needed cleaning and a couple of cheap parts. He showed us the diagnostic and the A/C was operating and healthy again! Thank you Big D Mechanical and Josh for saving our old A/C! This is the only HVAC company I will use for now on!

What excellent service! John came out and fixed out AC during one of the hottest days this year. My unit went out twice, and the first time out they were able to get is back up and running with a minor fix, but I do not think we caught it in time. The damage to the unit was a bit more than we thought and the motor went out two weeks after the we replaced the start capacitor. It was not an issue for Big D and his Crew! John was right back out here the day that it went out and replaced the motor and a few other components to get us back up and running. I think we have a year left before it just will need to be replaced When it is time for a new AC unit, we are only going to Big D Mechanical for our HVAC needs!
