Client contacted us for commercial HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing services at their Plano facility. The project required a full TAB scope across multiple units including 1 AHU, 15 RTUs, 5 supply systems, 1 gas unit heater, 6 exhaust fans, and 363 grilles and diffusers. Our team completed Phase 1 Air Balance, bringing all systems into proper airflow specification and documenting results for the building record. RTU commissioning was verified using the Trane Symbio Service and Installation tool, confirming controls connectivity and system performance on all applicable units.
