We had a time sensitive issue that was very complicated. We had another company out the day before and after hours of trying to get the new smart thermostat installed, they eventually gave up. We needed to switch out to a smart thermostat to get a lower kilowatt rate through our electric company. Then we reached out to Big D Mechanical and they were able to arrive within hours of calling them. The current wiring on our thermostat system made this more difficult. Cliff at Big D did an AMAZING job and never gave up! He is a true problem solver and we are thrilled to have our smart thermostat installed and working to be able to get the lower kilowatt rate through our electric company.
