What excellent service! John came out and fixed out AC during one of the hottest days this year. My unit went out twice, and the first time out they were able to get is back up and running with a minor fix, but I do not think we caught it in time. The damage to the unit was a bit more than we thought and the motor went out two weeks after the we replaced the start capacitor. It was not an issue for Big D and his Crew! John was right back out here the day that it went out and replaced the motor and a few other components to get us back up and running. I think we have a year left before it just will need to be replaced When it is time for a new AC unit, we are only going to Big D Mechanical for our HVAC needs!
