We recently had Big D Mechanical out for two separate HVAC services and were extremely pleased with the results. The first job involved customized ductwork and problem solving, which they completed efficiently and even faster than expected. The second service was even more impressive with the replacement of a difficult-to-source compressor. They were able to locate the part quickly and had it installed the very next day, which was a huge relief. Throughout both projects, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They took the time to clearly explain the issues and were happy to answer all of my questions—both before the work started and while it was in progress.
