Selling our home. Inspector dinged us for a couple issues. Called Jared and he fit us into their schedule quickly. Brian came out and talked me through the issues and completed his own inspection and repairs. VERY professional and will recommend Big D to anyone needing a competent and courteous HVAC company!

What excellent service! John came out and fixed out AC during one of the hottest days this year. My unit went out twice, and the first time out they were able to get is back up and running with a minor fix, but I do not think we caught it in time. The damage to the unit was a bit more than we thought and the motor went out two weeks after the we replaced the start capacitor. It was not an issue for Big D and his Crew! John was right back out here the day that it went out and replaced the motor and a few other components to get us back up and running. I think we have a year left before it just will need to be replaced When it is time for a new AC unit, we are only going to Big D Mechanical for our HVAC needs!

We recently had Big D Mechanical out for two separate HVAC services and were extremely pleased with the results. The first job involved customized ductwork and problem solving, which they completed efficiently and even faster than expected. The second service was even more impressive with the replacement of a difficult-to-source compressor. They were able to locate the part quickly and had it installed the very next day, which was a huge relief. Throughout both projects, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They took the time to clearly explain the issues and were happy to answer all of my questions—both before the work started and while it was in progress. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC service.

So our AC went out this evening and everyone we called could not come out tonight. I suddenly remembered a friend posted about Big D Mechanical LLC where she works and gave it a shot. Within an hour of calling Josh was out and got us up and running quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Jared with Big D Mechanical is extremely knowledgeable and a master at what he does. He came and took care of an issue 2 companies before were unable to fix. Jared dropped what he was doing on a Friday night and got my Ice Cream shop’s freezer back running before any product was lost. He was friendly, fair, and it was a pleasure working with him. I can’t recommend him enough.
